Ingredients for Walnut Chocolate Fudge Recipe

  • Walnuts finely chopped 1/2 cup

  • Dark chocolate grated 100 grams

  • Unsalted butter 4 tablespoons

  • Condensed milk 400 grams

  • Khoya/mawa grated 1/2 cup

  • Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

1. Grease a seven-inch square baking tray.

Step 2

2. Heat a pan, add the butter and allow it to melt. Add the chocolate and stir till it melts. Stir in the condensed milk and cook for two to three minutes.

Step 3

3. Add the walnuts to the pan and mix. Add the grated khoya, vanilla essence and mix well.

Step 4

4. Transfer the mixture to the greased tray and spread evenly. Cool in the refrigerator before cutting into pieces. Serve chilled.
