By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Jul 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Refined flour, Eggs Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Waffle Cone -SK Khazana 2/3 cup Refined flour 2 Eggs 4 tablespo + for greasing Melted butter 1/2 cup Castor sugar 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence A pinch of salt 1/4 cup Milk Melted chocolate as required Crushed roasted peanuts for sprinkling Sugar sprinklers for sprinkling Ice cream to serve Method Break the eggs into a large bowl, add butter and beat with a hand blender till frothy. Add sugar and beat till the sugar dissolves. Add vanilla essence and beat till pale in colour. Sieve the flour and salt into the egg mixture and whisk well. Add milk and whisk to form a smooth batter. Heat a waffle cone machine, grease it with melted butter. Add a portion of the batter on it and press it. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Take it off the heat while hot and shape it like a cone. Set aside to firm up and cool down. Dip the rims of each cone in the melted chocolate and sprinkle crushed peanuts or sprinkle sugar sprinklers over the chocolate.
