Ingredients list for Vegetable Footlong Sandwich

  • 1 Footlong Bread
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1/4 cup Black olives sliced
  • 1/2 small Onions sliced
  • 1/4 medium Red capsicum sliced
  • 5-6 slices Pickled gherkins
  • 1 slice Cheese sliced
  • as required Tomato ketchup

Method

  1. Slice the foot long length wise into two. Apply mustard mayonnaise on both slices. Cover the base of one slice with shredded lettuce.
  2. Top it up with black olives, onions, red capsicum, pickled gherkins. Cut the cheese slice into two and then place it on top of the toppings.
  3. Place the other slice on top and grill it if so desired. Serve with tomato ketchup.
