Unbaked Brownies

You don’t bake these brownies, but set them in refrigerator. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe.

Ingredients list for Unbaked Brownies

  • 3/4 cup Dark Chocolate
  • 1/2 cup + for greasing Butter
  • 3/4 cup Digestive biscuits crushed
  • 1/2 cup Mixed dried fruits,chopped (walnuts, almonds, cashewnuts)
  • 1/4 cup Condensed milk
  • for garnish Almonds slivers

Method

  1. Grease a six by six inch square cake tin. Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler, stirring at regular intervals, till smooth. Remove from heat.
  2. Add crushed biscuits, condensed milk and mixed dry fruits and mix well and pour into the prepared cake tin. Refrigerate till set. Remove from the cake tin, cut into wedges, garnish with almond slivers and serve chilled.
