By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Feb 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Sesame seeds, Milk solids Cuisine Fusion Course Mithais Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Til Ki Barfi 1 cup Sesame seeds 1 1/2 cups Milk solids 3 tablespoons Ghee 1/2 cup Sugar Method Dry roast sesame seeds till light pink. Transfer into a dish and allow to cool. Grate khoya and keep aside. Heat ghee in a kadai. Add khoya and sauté on low heat till light pink or till it emits a nice aroma. Add roasted sesame seeds and sugar and continue to sauté for three to four minutes or till sugar dissolves completely. Transfer onto a greased plate, pat to level and allow to cool.
