Ingredients list for Til Ki Barfi

  • 1 cup Sesame seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk solids
  • 3 tablespoons Ghee
  • 1/2 cup Sugar

Method

  1. Dry roast sesame seeds till light pink. Transfer into a dish and allow to cool. Grate khoya and keep aside. Heat ghee in a kadai. Add khoya and sauté on low heat till light pink or till it emits a nice aroma.
  2. Add roasted sesame seeds and sugar and continue to sauté for three to four minutes or till sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Transfer onto a greased plate, pat to level and allow to cool. Cut into desired shapes and serve.
