Ingredients list for Three Cheese Samosa

  • 16 Mozzrella
  • 1/2 cup Processed Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Processed cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup Paneer (cottage cheese) grated
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed red chillies
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped

Method

  1. Grate mozzarella cheese into a bowl.
  2. Add grated processed cheese and grated paneer and mix lightly. Add salt, crushed red chillies and coriander leaves and mix.
  3. Take a samosa patti. Apply water on all sides lightly. Take a portion of the stuffing and press lightly. Place it on one side of the patti and roll into the shape of a samosa. Similarly make other samosas.
  4. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry the samosas till lightly golden brown. Drain and place on an absorbent paper. Serve hot.
