Ingredients list for Three Cheese Samosa
- 16 Mozzrella
- 1/2 cup Processed Cheese
- 1/2 cup Processed cheese grated
- 1/2 cup Paneer (cottage cheese) grated
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Crushed red chillies
- 3 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
Method
- Grate mozzarella cheese into a bowl.
- Add grated processed cheese and grated paneer and mix lightly. Add salt, crushed red chillies and coriander leaves and mix.
- Take a samosa patti. Apply water on all sides lightly. Take a portion of the stuffing and press lightly. Place it on one side of the patti and roll into the shape of a samosa. Similarly make other samosas.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry the samosas till lightly golden brown. Drain and place on an absorbent paper. Serve hot.
