Ingredients
- 1 cup tomato ketchup
 - 1/3 cup malt vinegar
 - 2 teaspoons soy sauce
 - 1/4 cup sugar
 - Black pepper powder to taste
 - Salt to taste
 - 2 tablespoons cornflour/ corn starch
 
Method
- Mix tomato ketchup, malt vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, black pepper powder, salt and cornflour in a pan with two cups of water and stir to blend well.
 - Slowly heat the mixture, stirring continuously till it comes to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for two to three minutes. Cool and store.
