Ingredients
- 2 ready-made pizza bases
- 1 cup grated processed cheese
- ¼ cup pizza sauce
- 1 small onion, roughly chopped
- 1 small tomato, roughly chopped
- ¼ cup sweet corn kernels, blanched
- 1 small capsicum, cut into roundels
- Mixed dried herbs
- Dried red chilli flakes
- Salt to taste
- Chaat masala powder for sprinkling
Method
- Heat a non-stick pan, place pizza base and apply a portion of the pizza sauce on it, spread it evenly. Add onion, tomato, sweet corn, and capsicum roundels.
- Sprinkle dried mixed herbs, dried red chilli flakes, salt, chaat masala powder, and grated cheese. Cover and cook till cheese melts.
- Cut into wedges and serve hot.
