Ingredients for Spicy Fruit Salad Recipe

  • Cucumber peeled and cut into thick slices 1 medium

  • Tomatoes cut into cubes 3 medium

  • Pineapple 3 slices

  • Onion diced 1 medium

  • Ripe mango sliced 1 medium

  • Honey 2 tablespoons

  • Salt 1/4 teaspoon

  • Oil 1 tablespoon

  • Vinegar 2 teaspoons

Method

Step 1

In a bowl mix together honey, salt, oil and vinegar. Toss the cucumber, tomatoes, pineapple, onion and mango in it.

Step 2

Arrange on a serving platter and refrigerate it for four hours. Serve chilled.
