By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Nov 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Salted and smoked snuk , Texan spices Cuisine American Course Main Course Seafood Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Smoersnuk 500 grams Salted and smoked snuk 2 tablespoons Texan spices 4 tablespoon Olive oil 3 medium Onions sliced 1 tablespoon Chicken stock powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 2 medium Potatoes boiled and sliced 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Dried mixed herbs 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Method De-bone and shred the snuk fish. Keep aside. Heat olive oil and spread all over the skillet. Add onions and stir-fry on high heat till light brown. Add Texan spices, chicken stock powder or chicken cube, paprika or red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Mix well. Add potatoes and shredded snuk and mix. Add black pepper powder, salt and dried mixed herbs. Toss to mix well. Finish with freshly squeezed lemon juice and serve.
