Ingredients list for Shrikhand With Stewed Apricots
- 2 cups Hung yogurt
- 15-20 Golden apricots
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 10-15 Pistachios sliced
Method
- Slice the golden apricots. Put them in a pan, add one and half cups of water and two tablespoons of sugar and mix. Cook on low heat for fifteen to twenty minutes.
- Take hung yogurt in another bowl. Add the remaining sugar and mix. Squeeze this mixture through a muslin cloth.
- Put the shrikhand in stemmed glasses. Remove the stewed apricots from heat and put them on top of the shrikhand.
Garnish with pistachios and serve.
