Ingredients list for Sangrita
- 100 millilitres Tomato Juice
- 100 millilitres Orange Juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- to taste Salt
- 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1 stalks Celery
Method
- Blend together tomato juice, orange juice and onion. Add Worcestershire sauce, tobasco sauce, salt, ice cubes, lemon juice and blend well.
- Rub celery on the rim of the glass and then dip the rim in salt. Pour the drink in the glass and serve chilled.
