By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Jan 2016 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Whole wheat flour (atta), Salt Cuisine Indian Course Breads Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 51-60 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Roti 2 cups Whole wheat flour (atta) to taste Salt as required Oil Method Combine wheat flour, salt and 1 teaspoon oil in a parat. Mix well and knead into a soft dough using water, at intervals. Apply little oil on the dough, cover with a bowl and set aside to rest for 15-20 minutes. Divide dough into equal portions shaped into balls. Roll out balls into large discs. These are rotis. Heat a non-stick tawa. Place a roti on it and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.
