Ingredients list for Rose Ice Cream

  • 2 tablespoons Rose Syrup
  • 750 millilitres Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Gulkand
  • 1 1/2 Dried rose petals
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Honey

Method

  1. Whip cream in a bowl. Add honey, rose syrup and whip again. Add gulkand, dried rose petals and mix well.
  2. Place vanilla ice cream in a big bowl and add the above mixture to it and mix well.
  3. Pour into a plastic ice cream box and close the lid. Keep it in the freezer to set completely. Scoop out into individual bowls and serve.
