Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add carrot and mawa, mix and saute for 1 minute. Add condensed milk, most of the cashewnuts and green cardamom powder and mix well. Add milk and mix well. Cover the cooker with its lid and cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
