Ingredients list for Pumpkin Cake

  • 225 grams Pumpkin, grated
  • 175 grams brown sugar/jaggery
  • 2 Eggs
  • 115 grams Refined flour (maida)
  • 5 gram Baking soda
  • 50 grams Almond flakes
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Oil

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C .
  2. Mix together eggs and brown sugar.
  3. Mix together eggs and brown sugar.
  4. Add in the oil and mix well.Grease a 8 inch mould and pour the batter into it.
  5. Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.Serve warm.
