Ingredients list for Pumpkin Cake
- 225 grams Pumpkin, grated
- 175 grams brown sugar/jaggery
- 2 Eggs
- 115 grams Refined flour (maida)
- 5 gram Baking soda
- 50 grams Almond flakes
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C .
- Mix together eggs and brown sugar.
- Mix together eggs and brown sugar.
- Add in the oil and mix well.Grease a 8 inch mould and pour the batter into it.
- Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.Serve warm.
