Ingredients
- 12-15 medium plums
- 25-30 prunes
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 inch sticks cinnamon
- 6-8 cloves
- 2-3 tablespoons honey
Method
- Coarsely grind the prunes. Roughly chop plums, add to the prunes and grind into a coarse mixture.
- Mix together sugar, cinnamon, cloves and plum and prune mixture in a non-stick pan.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or till the mixture thickens and the plums are completely mashed.
- Add honey, switch off the heat and mix well. Cool and store in a glass jar.
