Ingredients for Pistewali Barfi Recipe

  • Mawa 4 cups

  • Pistachios coarsely chopped 1 cup

  • Sugar Free Natura 30 measures

  • Pistachios slivered 10

  • Ghee to grease

Method

Step 1

Grease a tray. Take khoya in a pan and roast on medium heat, stirring continuously till it softens.

Step 2

Add Sugar Free and mix. Add chopped pistachios and mix. Cook till it forms a lump. Transfer into the greased tray and spread evenly. Smoothen the top.

Step 3

Sprinkle slivered pistachios and set aside to cool.

Step 4

When set cut into squares and serve.
