Ingredients list for Pistewala Dalia
- 1 tablespoon Pistachios chopped
 - 1/2 cup Dalia soaked for ½ hour and drained
 - 2 teaspoons Ghee
 - 8 tablespoons Green peas blanched
 - 1 cup Milk
 - 5 tablespoons Sugar
 - Pistachios blanched and chopped
 
Method
- Heat 1 tsp ghee in non stick pan.
 - Grind green peas with 2-3 tbsps water in a blender till smooth.
 - Add dalia in the pan and sauté till translucent. Add pea puree and mix well. Add remaining ghee, mix well and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
 - Add ½ cup milk and stir to mix. Add remaining milk and stir again. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously.
 - Lower heat and add pistachios and sugar. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
 - Pour into individual stemmed glasses and serve chilled garnished with chopped blanched pistachios.
