Ingredients for Pistachio Stuffed Peaches Recipe

  • Canned peaches blanched , peeled and sliced 1/2 cup

  • Pistachios 4

  • Brown sugar 4 teaspoons

  • Sugar 4 teaspoons

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to the highest temperature.

Step 2

Halve the peaches and scoop out a little from the centre to make a hollow.

Step 3

Keep each half in a bowl. Put 1 tsp brown sugar in 4 halves and 1 tsp plain sugar in the remaining.

Step 4

Keep them in the oven and cook for 10 minutes or till sugar melts and the edges of the peaches brown slightly.

Step 5

Take them out, top with pistachios and serve when slightly cooled.
