Ingredients list for Peanut Raisin Bar

  • 1 cup Roasted Peanuts roasted and crushed
  • 3/4 cup Seedless Raisins wash and wiped
  • 1/4 cup + to grease Butter
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 1/2 cups Corn flakes, cereal

Method

  1. Grease a tray.
  2. Heat butter in a pan. Add sugar and honey. Mix and simmer for three minutes.
  3. Remove from heat. Add raisins, crushed peanuts and cornflakes and mix. Transfer into the tray, spread and press firmly with a flat spoon. Make marks with knife while mixture is still warm.
  4. When cool, cut and separate the pieces and serve.
