Ingredients list for Peanut Laddoo

  • 250 grams Roasted and peeled peanuts
  • 100 grams Jaggery chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ghee
  • 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder

Method

  1. Put the peanuts in a blender jar and crush them coarsely.
  2. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add jaggery, mix and let melt. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add cardamom powder and crushed peanuts and mix well. Transfer the mixture onto a plate, divide into equal portions and shape them into laddoos.
  4. Arrange them on a serving platter and serve.
