Heat 1 tbsp butter in a non stick pan. Add peaches and saute. Add brown sugar and saute till the peaches soften. Put 2 tbsps cake crumbs in each of 4 stemmed glasses. Put the peaches over them. Pour red wine into the same pan, add sugar and cook till the wine reduces slightly. Pour equally over the peaches and serve.
