Ingredients list for Papad Paneer Rolls

  • 8 Papad
  • 150 grams Cottage Cheese cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 1-2 Green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/2 inch p Ginger chopped
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Mix together cottage cheese, green chillies, red chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, coriander leaves, ginger and salt. Cut each papad into half.
  2. Roast directly over an open flame or on a hot tawa and shape immediately into a cone. Arrange the cones in a deep bowl and stuff them with the cottage cheese mixture. Serve immediately.
