Ingredients for Paan Mousse Recipe

  • Readymade masala paan 3-4

  • Whipped cream 2 cups

  • White chocolate ganache 1/2 cup

  • Gelatin 1 tablespoon

  • Chocolate soil for platin

  • Gulkand for platin

Method

Step 1

Break the paans and put them into a mixer jar and grind into a coarse paste.

Step 2

Transfer the paste into a bowl, rinse the mixer jar with a little water and add to the paste and mix well.

Step 3

Take gelatin in a small bowl, add 2 tablespoon water, mix well and set aside to bloom.

Step 4

Take whipped cream in a large bowl, add white chocolate ganache and mix well. Add 3-4 tablespoons of pan mixture and mix well.

Step 5

Add the bloomed gelatin and mix well. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or till the mixture is almost set.

Step 6

Transfer the mousse into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle.

Step 7

Put a spoon full of chocolate soil in each serving shot glass, spread some gulkand on it and pipe the mousse over it.

Step 8

Garnish with a pan leaf and some gulkand serve chilled.
