Ingredients list for Orange Kheer
- 1/4 cup + for garnishing Orange Segments
- 5 cups Milk
- 3/4 cup Sugar
Method
- Boil milk in a deep non-stick pan. Add sugar, mix well and stir till sugar dissolves. Add sago and cook, stirring continuously, till it gets cooked and the mixture thickens.
- Add orange essence, mix well and cook for two minutes. Set aside to cool. Add orange segments and mix well. Chill and serve.
