Ingredients list for Olive Sandwich

  • 1/2 cup Green Olives sliced
  • 1/2 cup Burger Bun sliced
  • 8 small Burger buns
  • 2 Cheese slices
  • 10-12 Pickled jalapenos
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 16 teaspoons Cheese spread
  • 4-5 Iceberg lettuce leaves
  • to taste Salt
  • Alfalfa sprouts for topping
  • Crushed black peppercorns for sprinkle

Method

  1. Chop green olives, black olives and jalapenos in a chopper. Slice tomatoes. Halve the burger buns.
  2. Cut each cheese slice in 4 small pieces.
  3. Spread 1 tsp cheese spread on each bun half. Place chopped ingredients on bottom half of each bun.
  4. Roughly tear lettuce leaves and place over it, place a cheese piece, 2 tomato slices and sprinkle salt. Top with alfalfa sprouts, sprinkle crushed peppercorns and cover each sandwich with the top half of the buns.
  5. Arrange on a serving plate and serve immediately.
