Ingredients for Multigrain Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwich Recipe

  • Multigrain bread 8 slices

  • Chicken boiled and shredded 1 cup

  • Mustard sauce 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Honey 2 cup

  • Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons

  • Red capsicum, sliced 1/4 medium

  • Onion sliced 1 medium

  • Black olives sliced 2-3

  • Salt to taste

  • Lettuce leaves, hand torn a few

Method

Step 1

Place four bread slices on the work top.

Step 2

Mix together mustard sauce, honey and mayonnaise and mix.

Step 3

Add chicken, red capsicum, onion and black olives and mix. Adjust salt.

Step 4

Place lettuce leaves over the bread slices and top with the chicken mixture.

Step 5

Cover each slice with another bread slice and press lightly.

Step 6

Cut each sandwich into two triangles and serve immediately.
