Ingredients list for Multigrain Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwich

  • 8 slices Multigrain bread
  • 1 cup Chicken boiled and shredded
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Mustard sauce
  • 2 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 medium Red capsicum, sliced
  • 1 medium Onion sliced
  • 2-3 Black olives sliced
  • to taste Salt
  • a few Lettuce leaves, hand torn

Method

  1. Place four bread slices on the work top.
  2. Mix together mustard sauce, honey and mayonnaise and mix.
  3. Add chicken, red capsicum, onion and black olives and mix. Adjust salt.
  4. Place lettuce leaves over the bread slices and top with the chicken mixture.
  5. Cover each slice with another bread slice and press lightly.
  6. Cut each sandwich into two triangles and serve immediately.
