Ingredients list for Mango and Peach Smoothie

  • 2-3 Ripe mangoes peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup Canned peaches
  • 10-12 Almonds blanched and peeled
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 cup Apple juice
  • as required Ice cubes

Method

  1. Place peaches, mangoes, almonds, ½ cup yogurt and ½ cup apple juice in a blender jar and blend well.
  2. Add remaining apple juice and yogurt and blend again.
  3. Add ice cubes and blend once again.
  4. Pour into individual stemmed glasses and serve chilled.
