Ingredients list for Mango Iced Tea
- 1 large Mango peeled, chopped and frozen
- 2 teaspoons Tea powder
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- ½ cup concentrated mango powder
- ½ Lemon
- as required Ice cubes
- 1 Lemon sliced thinly
Method
- Heat 2 cups water in a non-stick pan. Add sugar and let it dissolve. Add tea powder, mix and let it brew.
- Strain into a bowl. Add mango powder and lemon juice, mix well and refrigerate to chill.
- Place some chopped mango into individual glasses. Add some ice cubes and 2-3 lemon slices. Pour the prepared mango-tea mixture and serve chilled.
