By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Ripe mango puree, Black peppercorns Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 3.30-4 hour Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Mango Granita 8 tablespoons Ripe mango puree to taste Black peppercorns crushed 1 tablespoon Lemon juice to garnish Lemon rind strips shaped into curls to garnish Fresh mint sprigs Method Put mango puree in a jar, add crushed peppercorns, lemon juice and 2 cups water and blend with an electric blender till smooth. Pour the mixture into ice trays and freeze for 2-3 hours. Demould the mango ice cubes, put in the grinder jar and grind well.
