Ingredients for Mango Dessert Recipe

  • Mango pulp 4 cup

  • Strawberry ice cream 750 millilitres

  • Sugar 1/2 cup

  • Almonds 5-6

  • Green cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Fresh cream 1/4 cup

  • Saffron (kesar) a few strands

Method

Step 1

Blend together mando pulp, sugar, fresh cream and strawberry ice-cream.

Step 2

Add cardamom powder, almonds and saffron and mix well.

Step 3

Pour in the individual moulds and refrigerate it for two hours.Remove and serve chilled.
