Ingredients list for Mango Dessert
- 4 cups Mango pulp
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 750 millilitres Strawberry ice cream
- 5-6 Almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup Fresh cream
- a few strands Saffron (kesar)
Method
- Blend together mando pulp, sugar, fresh cream and strawberry ice-cream.
- Add cardamom powder, almonds and saffron and mix well.
- Pour in the individual moulds and refrigerate it for two hours.Remove and serve chilled.
