By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Aug 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Paneer, Rice Flour Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Malvani Paneer Fry 300 grams Paneer cut into 1½ inch cubes to taste Rice Flour 1 1/2 tablespoons Lemon juice 3/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 3 tablespoons Red chilli powder 1 1/2 teaspoons Ginger paste 1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic paste for shallow frying Oil 4 tablespoons Rice flour 4 tablespoons Semolina (rawa/suji) Method Marinate paneer with salt and lemon juice in a bowl for fifteen minutes in a refrigerator. Mix together turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste and mix into the paneer. Cover the bowl, and return to the refrigerator for fifteen to twenty minutes. Heat oil in a shallow pan. Mix rice flour and semolina and spread on a plate. Coat the marinated paneer with this mixture and shallow-fry till golden crisp. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.
