Ingredients
- Leftover chicken curry as required
- 1 foot-long bread
- Butter as required
- 5-6 Cherry tomatoes quartered
- Processed cheese as required
- Fresh coriander leaves chopped as required
Method
- Preheat oven to 180° C.
- Cut thin slices of the bread, keep them on a baking tray and spread a thin layer of butter over them. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and toast for 5-6 minutes.
- Spread a generous layer of chicken curry over each of them. Place a few cherry tomato pieces over each slice, grate cheese directly over them, and sprinkle a little coriander leaves over each slice.
- Keep the tray back in the preheated oven and bake for 6-7 minutes.
- Arrange them on a serving platter and serve immediately.
