Ingredients
- 6 large raw bananas
- 1/2 dry Coconut
- 2-3 tablespoons ghee
- 1/4 teaspoon green cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Method
- Peel and cut bananas into one inch sized dices. Grate dry coconut Heat ghee in a kadai, add the grated coconut and fry till pink. A
