Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups black Bengal gram, soaked for 5-6 hours and pressure cooked with salt
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 tablespoons punjabi chhole masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander sprig for garnish
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add 2 tablespoons punjabi chhole masala, Bengal gram and mix well.
- Add salt and remaining Tata Sampann Punjabi Chhole Masala and mix well. Add ¼ cup water, mix well and cook 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander sprig and serve hot.
