By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Feb 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Jackfruit, Roasted Peanuts Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Jackfruit Sabzi 250 grams Jackfruit 2 Roasted Peanuts 7-8 Curry leaves 2 tablespoons Peanuts,roasted 1 tablespoon Ghee 1/2 tablespoon Cumin seeds 2 tablespoons Coconut scraped Method Apply oil to a knife and remove skin of jackfruit. Separate the segments and remove the seeds. Cut into half inch sized cubes. Remove stems, wash and finely chop green chillies. Wash curry leaves and pat them dry. De-skin the roasted peanuts and crush coarsely. Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, green chillies and curry leaves. Add jackfruit cubes and sauté for two to three minutes. Add sufficient water and cook covered for further twelve to fifteen minutes or till the jackfruit is tender. Add crushed peanuts and scraped fresh coconut.
