Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt whisked
- 4 medium cucumber chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 5-6 walnuts chopped
- 7-8 raisins chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- A few fresh coriander leaves chopped sprigs
Method
- In a large bowl combine chopped cucumbers, yogurt, honey, walnuts, raisins, cumin powder, salt to taste and half of the fresh coriander leaves and mix well.
- Garnish with remaining coriander leaves. Serve chilled as an accompaniment.
