Ingredients list for Hot Chilli Corn
- 2 cups Corn Kernels boiled
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
- 1 Green chilli chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 small Green capsicum chopped
- 1 small Red capsicum chopped
- to taste Salt
- 3-4 Black peppercorns crushed
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
Method
- Heat a non-stick pan. Add boiled corn kernels, red chilli flakes, green chilli and cook for a minute. Add lemon juice, green capsicum, red capsicum and salt.
- Cover the pan and allow them to soften for about two minutes. Mix well. Add crushed peppercorns and serve garnished with coriander leaves.
