Ingredients list for Homemade Cereal Mix

  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup Corn flakes
  • ¼ cup Chocolate cereal
  • ½ cup rice crispies
  • 25-30 Almonds
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Chickoos
  • 2 tablespoons Raisins
  • ? cup Cranberries

Method

  1. Dry roast oats till lightly browned and transfer into a bowl.
  2. Sliver almonds and toast till fragrant. Transfer in the same bowl.
  3. Peel kiwi, mango and chickoo.
  4. Add cornflakes, chocolate cereal, rice crispies, raisins and cranberries to the bowl and mix well. Store in airtight jars.
  5. To serve, place a generous portion of cereal mix in a serving bowl. Roughly chop fruits and add to the bowl. Pour chilled or warm milk on top and serve immediately.
