Ingredients for Hazelnut Custard Recipe

  • Hazelnut Paste 20 grams

  • Milk 20 grams

  • Milk 50 millilitres

  • Fresh cream 75 millilitres

  • Egg yolks 3

  • Sugar 22 grams

Method

Step 1

Preheat an oven to 280°C. Heat the milk with cream in a deep non stick pan for about two to three minutes.

Step 2

Take the egg yolks in a bowl and whisk well with sugar.

Step 3

Add this mixture to the pan and mix well.

Step 4

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add to the pan alongwith the hazelnut paste.

Step 5

Mix well and strain the mixture into an ovenproof glass bowl.

Step 6

Keep the bowl in the preheated oven and bake till cracks appear on top.Serve chilled.
