Ingredients list for Hazelnut Custard
- 20 grams Hazelnut Paste
- 20 grams Milk
- 50 millilitres Milk
- 75 millilitres Fresh cream
- 3 Egg yolks
- 22 grams Sugar
Method
- Preheat an oven to 280°C. Heat the milk with cream in a deep non stick pan for about two to three minutes.
- Take the egg yolks in a bowl and whisk well with sugar.
- Add this mixture to the pan and mix well.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add to the pan alongwith the hazelnut paste.
- Mix well and strain the mixture into an ovenproof glass bowl.
- Keep the bowl in the preheated oven and bake till cracks appear on top.Serve chilled.
