Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Hasselback Chicken Recipe
Boneless chicken breasts 4
Salt to taste
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
Mixed herbs chopped 1 teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon
Baby spinach leaves shredded 15-20
Bacon strips, cut into 1 inch pieces 3-4
Mozzarella cheese cut into 1 inch thin pieces 20-30 grams
Preheat oven to 180 °C.
Make incisions on each chicken breast and transfer in a bowl. Add salt, crushed peppercorns, mixed herbs and Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
Place each marinated chicken on a baking tray. Put some baby spinach leaves, bacon pieces and cheese pieces in between the incisions.
Put the baking tray in preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
