Gulab Jamun Mousse

Ingredients list for Gulab Jamun Mousse

  • 12 small + Gulab jamuns
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cream
  • 1 cup White chocolate chopped
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • for garnishing Pistachios slivers

Method

  1. Heat cream in a non-stick pan till warm.
  2. Add warm cream to chopped chocolate and set aside for 5-10 minutes. Mix well to ensure that there are no lumps. Cool to room temperature.
  3. Combine chocolate mixture and whipped cream in another bowl and mix well.
  4. Fill the chocolate mixture into a piping bag and cut the tip of the bag.
  5. Place 3 gulab jamuns each into 4 individual shot glasses and pipe the chocolate mixture on top. Tap the glasses a little and refrigerate for ½ hour.
  6. Cut a gulab jamun into one-fourth and garnish each glass with a piece alongwith some pistachio slivers.
  7. Serve chilled.
