  • 1 cup Jaggery chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Walnuts
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts (akhrot) halved
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fennel (saunf) powder
  • a pinch Green cardamom powder
  • 2 tablespoons Raisins

Method

  1. Place walnuts in a mortar and pound them with a pestle. Add jaggery and pound further for 7-8 minutes.
  2. Add fennel powder, green cardamom powder, dried ginger powder and raisins. Mix well and pound further for 1 minute.
  3. Make small balls of the mixture, transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
