Ingredients for Grilled Corn-On-The-Cob With Chilli Butter Recipe

  • Corn Cob boiled in salt water for 15 minutes and drained 4

  • Butter 2 tablespoons

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Black peppercorns freshly ground to taste

  • Butter softened 5 tablespoons

  • Fresh coriander leaves coarsely chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Fresh red chillies finely chopped 2

  • Black pepper powder to taste


Step 1

To make chilli butter, combine butter, coriander leaves, red chillies, salt and pepper powder in a bowl. Mix well.

Step 2

In another bowl, mix olive oil, red chilli powder, salt and freshly ground peppercorns. Brush the sweet corns with this mixture and coat well.

Step 3

Heat the Grill Pan. Place sweet corns in it, two at a time, and cook for ten to fifteen minutes, turning occasionally. Serve hot with chilli butter.
