Mix well. In another bowl, mix olive oil, red chilli powder, salt and freshly ground peppercorns. Brush the sweet corns with this mixture and coat well. Heat the Grill Pan. Place sweet corns in it, two at a time, and cook for ten to fifteen minutes, turning occasionally. Serve hot with chilli butter.
