Ingredients list for Grilled Corn-On-The-Cob With Chilli Butter

  • 4 Corn Cob boiled in salt water for 15 minutes and drained
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder

  1. To make chilli butter, combine butter, coriander leaves, red chillies, salt and pepper powder in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. In another bowl, mix olive oil, red chilli powder, salt and freshly ground peppercorns. Brush the sweet corns with this mixture and coat well.
  3. Heat the Grill Pan. Place sweet corns in it, two at a time, and cook for ten to fifteen minutes, turning occasionally. Serve hot with chilli butter.
