By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Fresh cream, Dark chocolate Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 4-5 hour Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Fudgesicles 150 grams Fresh cream 300 grams Dark chocolate cut into small pieces 2 teaspoons Vanilla essence 2 cups Whipped cream Method Heat a non-stick pan, add fresh cream and cook till it comes to a boil. Take chocolate pieces in a bowl, add the hot cream and whisk till the chocolate melts and mixes well. Add vanilla essence and mix well. Add whipped cream and mix well. Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds and tap lightly to remove air bubbles if any. Insert 1 ice cream stick into each popsicle and keep them in the freezer to set. Once they are set, bring them out of the freezer and remove them from the moulds.
