Ingredients for Fruit Tea Punch Recipe

  • Tea leaves 4 teaspoons

  • Orange juice 2 cups

  • Lemon juice 4 teaspoons

  • Sugar 10 teaspoons

  • Fresh mint leaves a few sprigs

  • Lemon 1

  • Honey 2 tablespoons


Step 1

Boil three cups of water, add sugar and tea leaves and brew the tea for a minute. Add eight to ten fresh mint leaves. Remove from heat, strain and set aside to cool.

Step 2

Cut the lemon into round slices. When the tea cools to room temperature add lemon juice and mix well.

Step 3

Pour a cup of the decoction into an ice tray and set it to freeze for making “tea” ice cubes.

Step 4

Add orange juice and honey to the rest of the decoction and chill thoroughly.

Step 5

While serving pour the chilled tea into individual glasses, place the tea ice cubes, garnish with a sprig of mint leaves and lemon slices.
