By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Jun 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Vanilla ice cream, Strawberry ice cream Cuisine Other Course Desserts Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Select Taste Level of Cooking Medium Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Fruit Salsa Parfait 4 scoops Vanilla ice cream 4 scoops Strawberry ice cream 4 tablespoons Chocolate sauce 4 scoops Butterscotch ice-cream for garnish Fresh mint leaves For salsa 1 thick we Watermelon,chopped 2 medium Ripe mangoes,finely chopped 1 medium Apple,finely chopped 1 medium Kiwi fruit ,finely chopped 1 Orange , segmented 8-10 Green grapes,chopped 8-10 Black grapes,chopped 1/4 cup Walnuts 2 slices Pineapple,canned 1 teaspoon Lemon juice 3-4 tablespoons Honey 1 teaspoon Crushed red chillies Method In a bowl mix watermelon, mango, apple, kiwi, orange, grapes, walnuts, pineapple, lemon juice, honey, crushed red chillies well together to make fruit salsa. Take a parfait glass. Put a layer of the fruit salsa at the base. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Put another layer of fruit salsa followed by a scoop of strawberry ice cream. Pour half a tablespoon of chocolate sauce and place another layer of fruit salsa. Over this place a scoop of butterscotch ice cream. Pour another half a tablespoon of chocolate sauce. Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
