Ingredients for Fruit Fudge Pudding Recipe

  • Plum chopped 8-10

  • Peaches chopped 4-5

  • Butter 2 tablespoons

  • Cream 2 tablespoons

  • Honey 3 tablespoons

  • Brown sugar 1 cup

  • Bread crumbs 1 cup

  • Cinnamon powder a pinch

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200°C. Heat butter in a non stick pan, add cream and honey and mix well till the butter melts.

Step 2

Mix brown sugar and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Add cinnamon powder and mix. Put some butter-cream mixture into 3 ramekin moulds. Put some plums and peaches over that. Cover with some breadcrumb mixture.

Step 3

Repeat the layers once. Put remaining butter-cream sauce on top. Keep the moulds in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
