Ingredients list for Fruit Fudge Pudding

  • 8-10 Plum chopped
  • 4-5 Peaches chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Cream
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • a pinch Cinnamon powder

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Heat butter in a non stick pan, add cream and honey and mix well till the butter melts.
  2. Mix brown sugar and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Add cinnamon powder and mix. Put some butter-cream mixture into 3 ramekin moulds. Put some plums and peaches over that. Cover with some breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Repeat the layers once. Put remaining butter-cream sauce on top. Keep the moulds in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
