Ingredients list for Frudites With Honey Dip
- 2 cups Yogurt full cream milk
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons Dry fruit chikki coarsely ground
- 1 large size Apple
- 2 Bananas (ripe, firm)
- small bunch Black grapes
- 2 medium Pears
Method
- Hang yogurt for fifteen to twenty minutes in a muslin cloth. Remove and whisk it till smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Add the dry fruit chikki and mix. Stir in honey, leaving a marbled effect. Cut your selection of fruits into wedges or bite-sized pieces. Arrange on a platter with a bowl of dip in the centre.
